At Hunter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return your items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original Hunter packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are unworn and clean.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
